Our Mission
The Gay Family Charitable Trust honors Don Gay’s memory by helping families who have lost a parent or provider. We provide financial support for funeral costs, education, and daily expenses during their most difficult moments. We created this Trust to lighten the load when it is needed most, helping our neighbors find their way forward.

Thank you to everyone who made our Bridge Forward Benefit on Friday May 15 a great success!!! It was great to catch up with friends, enjoy live music and good food while supporting a great cause!! Honoring the Legacy of Don Through Local Action
Many families facing the loss of a caretaker and breadwinner are not only dealing with the emotional loss, but some also struggle to pay even basic funeral expenses; Others face overwhelming challenges affording their children’s education, sports and activities, or even day‑to‑day bills.
